CHAI LEE PING is a seasoned businesswoman with over 15 years of experience in the property industry. She specializes in property valuation, real estate investment, and consultancy services, serving both commercial and residential markets.
Her expertise covers property sales and leasing, land transactions, investment advisory, and market analysis. Known for her strong industry knowledge and professional approach, she has successfully assisted clients in maximizing property value and making informed real estate decisions.
As a dedicated property consultant, she continues to provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions, helping individuals and businesses achieve their property and investment goals.

YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Sofiya Mohd Rozhi is a distinguished businesswoman with extensive experience across multiple industries, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. As an entrepreneur and strategic advisor, she plays an active role in guiding businesses towards sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.
She is the Founder of Women Asian, established in 2018, a platform dedicated to empowering women through entrepreneurship, leadership, and business development. Her commitment to advancing women in business has earned her notable recognition, including the prestigious Women Business Champion Award 2023.
With a strong network, visionary leadership, and a passion for empowering others, Dato’ Dr. Sofiya continues to contribute significantly to business development, corporate advisory, and the growth of women-led enterprises both locally and internationally.

JAAFAR AHMAD is a highly respected cooperative development professional with over 36 years of experience serving in government agencies. He retired as the Director of Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM), Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, after a distinguished career dedicated to the advancement of the cooperative movement in Malaysia.
Recognized for his strong leadership and commitment to excellence, he possesses extensive expertise in cooperative governance, regulatory compliance, by-laws, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in guiding cooperatives towards sustainable growth and effective management.
With his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of cooperative laws and policies, he continues to serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, contributing to the development and success of cooperatives across Malaysia.
Jess Toh has experience in construction with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from KTAR. Her construction background including tender preparation, tender submissions, and attendance at tender interviews.
She is also experienced in project administration, cost planning, budgeting, procurement and purchasing, as well as coordinating documentation and commercial matters throughout project execution.
She is also skilled in preparing and submitting progress claims and variation orders, processing subcontractors’ claims, monitoring project costs, and attending site meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Her hands-on experience enables her to support projects with strong cost awareness, practical coordination, and timely follow-through.
In addition to her construction career, she has more than 6 years of experience as a Real Estate Negotiator, specialising in land, industrial, and commercial properties.
She assists clients in identifying suitable properties, evaluating opportunities, managing transactions, and navigating property requirements for investment, development, and business use.
With a blend of quantity surveying knowledge, construction-commercial expertise, and real estate market experience, she brings a practical, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach to every project and client engagement.
He is a highly accomplished construction professional with over 40 years of robust experience leading multi-million ringgit engineering, procurement, and construction projects across Malaysia and international markets. Specializing in project control, commercial strategy, contract administration, and complex logistical scheduling, he has served in pivotal executive roles, including senior management at top-tier construction conglomerates.
He has vast experience in business development especially housing development i.e. landed, high-rise, commercial, hospital, etc.
